→ Calls are booked on set days/times each month, subject to availability. I’ll share my calendar with you once onboarded — and we’ll aim for consistency, so your strategy time becomes a non-negotiable.

→ Calls are locked in for specific days each month. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, the call is forfeited for that month (no reschedules). Life happens, of course — so if rescheduling is needed outside that window, we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis. Respect goes both ways.
