2. What do we cover in the Advisory WIP sessions?
Anything that strengthens your operations: systems, planning, team, workflows, offers, capacity, boundaries, processes, and priorities. You’ll get a video recording and notes to rewind if needed.
3. Do you help with implementation?
I provide guidance, recommendations, structure, and direction. If you need implementation, OPS™ is better suited.
4. How much WhatsApp support do I get?
7 days support for post meeting decision-making, trouble-shooting, and clarity — during business hours.
5. Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — a 3-month minimum. This ensures we build momentum and create real operational change.
