Using our team agency experience we can support with managing and QA checking your team and processes, helping set up programs, process and tools to enhave your team management as well as client delivery experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Advisory includes a full 60-minute monthly strategy call + monthly Slack and WhatsApp voice note support afterward. It's for clients who want structure, accountability, and deeper strategic thinking — not just quick answers.

  • Both. This offer is intentionally built for CEOs and those supporting them. If you’re in operations, delivery, or leadership you’ll benefit from this support.

  • Advisory is by application only. Once you apply, you’ll complete a short form so I can assess if this is the right fit for you (and your business). If accepted, we’ll onboard you and book your first call.

  • Calls are booked on set days/times each month, subject to availability. I’ll share my calendar with you once onboarded and we’ll aim for consistency, so your strategy time becomes a non-negotiable.

  • Calls are locked in for specific days each month. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, the call is forfeited for that month (no reschedules). Life happens, of course so if rescheduling is needed outside that window, we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis. Respect goes both ways.

  • Yes - ask follow-ups from our session, get support around implementing advice, or just check in on what’s working. This isn’t fluff it’s strategic, targeted support.

  • You can always add on extra support options any time during our service if you need more hands-on strategy and implementation. Ask the question and we’ll make it happen!

  • Once I hit capacity, I’ll open a waitlist and let you know when a spot comes available. In the meantime you can join On Call for voice note support.

  • Once your application is accepted, you’ll be onboarded into a 3-month minimum commitment. Payment is set up via monthly direct debit (Stripe) and processed before your call each month to secure your session.

  • Yes there’s a 3-month minimum commitment. This allows us to build real momentum and create meaningful change, not just tick a to-do list. After that, you can continue month-to-month or change to a different type of support if needed.
