During my work blocks, always.

Outside those times, your message will be responded to next work block.

OPS™

What’s included in the 10 hours of implementation?

Light backend work:

  • minor fixes

Not full-scale rebuilds.

FIX™

Can I bring multiple problems?

No — FIX is for ONE issue.

Trying to fix five things in 60 minutes guarantees none of them get solved.


PRACTICALS

How do payments work?

All services are billed through Stripe.

Subscriptions for WHIP™ and OPS™ renew automatically.

FIX™ payment is required at the time of booking.

Can I cancel?

After your minimum time commitment and giving notice - Yes — you can self-manage your subscription through Stripe.

Do you offer refunds?

No — due to the nature of digital and strategic services.

Do you have insurance?

Yes - professional, public liabilty and cyber security policies are maintained.
